Kara Huizingh

Position: "Anywhere I'm Put" Years Playing Handbells: Over 10 years Other Instruments: Piano, Flute & Obe Other Musical Experience: Vocalist

Kara started out her collage career as a music major; vocal major, piano minor. She sang in a jazz group, madriglas, and has directed both vocal choirs and handbell choirs. Kara has also had some experience teaching.

Kara is married to Todd and they have three children; Elise, Mary and Franklin. She is a stay at home mom and she LOVES it!

According to Kara, the Zeeland Community Handbell Ensemble has been a lot of fun, a great experience and a great "out" for her.

Oh, and she also likes hippos.
